Mix all of the ingredients together.
Spread out a thin layer of this mixture between two sheets of non-stick baking paper place in the refrigerator for at least an hour. (or put in the freezer if you are pressed for time).
When the crumble is well set, take the chicken breasts, season very lightly, and then break up the crumble to cover the chicken fillets.
Place onto a baking tray in a preheated oven at 180 °C.
Leave to cook for approximately 15/20 mins depending on the thickness.
Tip: roughly break up the crumble and bake on a non-stick tray at 160°C until golden, then sprinkle over cooked meat or add into a salad to add a delicious crispy touch.
