Concrète Lard / Thyme & Lemon

LARD “Le Fondant”
Introducing our new collection of flavours: Les Concrètes. These preparations will generate new recipes, to be revealed next year. Les Concrètes will lend a unique elegance to your dishes. You need to prepare them ahead of time to allow the flavours to infuse.

200 g jar
SUBLIM’ “Le Fondant” LARD: 200 g
Lemon zest: 1
Fresh thyme: 4 sprigs

Ustensils

1 grater
1 airtight pot

Préparation

Zest the lemon;
Remove the thyme leaves and discard the central stem;
Heat the SUBLIM’ “Le Fondant” LARD to 60 °C;
Add the lemon and thyme to the hot fat;
Leave to infuse at room temperature for 1 hour;
Place in a jar and refrigerate.
